  19. If you can find them, the Dept of Defense has issued a number of documents
  20. relating to the development of software for its programs. These standards
  21. generally include some coding standards from which you can pick and
  22. choose. The standards include DOD-STD-1703, DOD-STD-2167A, and NSAM-81-3.
